FESTofALL began in 2001 as a heartfelt communication initiative created by Mark Dorsey and Pam Jones, two individuals who understood the carer journey firsthand. Having grown up as young carers, they recognised the emotional, physical, and financial pressures carers experience every day. Their vision was to build a platform that amplifies the voices of carers, celebrates their contributions, and ensures they feel valued and supported. Today, we continue their mission by raising awareness, sharing real stories, and providing resources that strengthen carer wellbeing across Australia. At FESTofALL, we believe every carer deserves recognition, encouragement, and a community that stands beside them through every challenge.
